Toby Keith has added a third and final date to his Las Vegas stint after selling out his two original gigs in December.
"Had a big ol' day Friday," Keith said in a video message, noting that fans "completely sold out" both original gigs the same day they went on sale.
"The response to these shows energized me...Having said that, we're going to perform one more gig in Vegas."
The country artist is presently battling stomach cancer, and these three concerts will be his first large-scale performances since disclosing his diagnosis in June 2022. Keith has generally kept a quiet profile while battling cancer.
He recovers from treatment, although he has performed some unexpected, close-to-home Oklahoma pop-up gigs this summer.
He stated at the time that the shows were a test to determine if he has the stamina to put on a full show.
Keith sang his song "Don't Let the Old Man" live on television during the 2023 People's Choice Country Awards in late September.
He also earned the Icon award on that show, and his participation and passionate performance was one of the event's highlights.
