Rashan Gary, a linebacker for the Packers, has agreed to a four-year contract extension worth $96 million.

For many seasons to come, quarterbacks facing Green Bay will always dread facing Rashan Gary.

A four-year, $96 million deal agreement involving the Packers pass rusher has been agreed to, according to a source cited by NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport on Monday.

According to Rapoport, Gary's contract now totals $107,532,706 with the $96 million extension in extra money, which includes a $34,636,928 signing bonus.

As stated on the team's official website, "Rashan has been an impact player and person for us since he joined the Packers," said general manager Brian Gutekunst. "

He has become a key member of our team and a team leader because to his exceptional work ethic. That he will stay in Green Bay for many years to come pleases us much.

Gary was in the last year of his rookie contract in 2023, having been selected by the Packers in the first round in 2019.

The 25-year-old's work ethic is evident in the extension, given that he had an ACL tear the previous season.

In Week 3, Gary showed signs of recovery with a three-sack performance against the Saints, which was crucial to Green Bay's dramatic victory.
