Olivia Dunne, an LSU gymnast and social media celebrity, explains that she chose not to attend courses in person
after an alleged stalker threatened to'shoot-up' the school's Baton Rouge campus.
Dunne, a 21-year-old senior and the highest-paid collegiate athlete in the United States
talked up about the'scare' and noted that it was unlike any other letter she'd received.
'I had a fright once with a message I got about a class I was going to, and I was like, you know what, it's not worth it,'
According to CCTV footage, multiple guys were observed going around the premises before the mysterious male entered the facility. There were no charges filed.
Dunne has previously spoken up about concerns she's had with social media and safety when attempting to attend lessons
most recently on the 'Today Show' about an incident in 2022 in which the school called the police.
Those remarks occurred just a few weeks after Dunne made headlines after a large crowd of male fans attended the Tigers'
From that moment forward, LSU began to provide more security to the gymnastics team.
