We've all heard about the skin benefits of rice water. It increases blood flow, reduces skin pores through skin tightening, and provides clearer, brighter skin.
To accomplish this: Soak rice in a jar of water for 3-4 days. When the water begins to smell sour, filter it and store it in the refrigerator.
Step#1 – Cleansing In a mixing bowl, combine 1 spoon fermented rice water, 1 spoon rose water, and 1 spoon honey.Your cleanser is now ready to use. Apply a thin layer of this mixture to your face and neck. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
Toning gYou can also use rice water for toning, but make sure to dilute it first. Combine 1 part rice water and 3 parts rose water in a clean spray bottle.Spray this all over your face and neck, then dab it lightly.
In a bowl, combine 2 spoons of aloe vera gel, 1 tablespoon of rice water, and 2-3 drops of lemon juice.
Your gel-based moisturizer is now complete.
Apply this gel to your face and neck to complete your CTM routine.
You can keep this moisturizer in the refrigerator for later use.
