NBA: Tatum leads the Boston Celtics to a comeback victory over the New York Knicks, while the Milwaukee Bucks defeat the Chicago Bulls.

Elsewhere On Monday, the Toronto Raptors overcame a 23-point second-half deficit to win 111-107 against the Washington Wizards.

The Boston Celtics defeated the New York Knicks 114-98 in the NBA on Monday, led by Jayson Tatum and Kristaps Porzingis.

Tatum scored 35 points, including 17 in the fourth quarter, and Porzingis added 21 to lead the Celtics to their eighth victory of the season.

"First half, they were scoring at will, but second half, we started making stops," Tatum said after the Celtics won their third game in a row.

"We've had three games in four days, now we go out on the road for a week and play some good teams - hopefully we can keep it going," he said.

Jalen Brunson and Julius Randle both played well in the first half for New York, which built an eight-point lead in the second quarter at Boston's TD Garden.

But, on the stroke of halftime, Jaylen Brown drained a spectacular three-pointer from 25 feet to cut the Knicks' lead to one point, 53-52.

Brown's parting shot would herald a third-quarter rally by Boston, which would ultimately defeat the Knicks, who had been chasing a fourth straight victory.
