'Napoleon' by Ridley Scott: Release Date, Trailer, Cast, and Everything We Know So Far

The film will be Ridley Scott and Joaquin Phoenix's first collaboration in more than two decades.

After releasing two films back-to-back in 2021 with The Last Duel and House of Gucci, Ridley Scott has another feature coming out later this year that will reunite him with a familiar face. Napoleon,

Scott's first collaboration with Apple Studios, will be a historical action epic centered on, you guessed it, French conqueror Napoleon Bonaparte.

Napoleon will debut on Thanksgiving weekend, November 22, 2023. The film will be released on the same day as Disney's animated fairy tale Wish.

Napoleon will receive an exclusive wide theatrical release beginning on November 22, 2023, following in the footsteps of another major Apple Studios movie,

Martin Scorsese's Killers of the Flower Moon. Apple will collaborate with Sony Pictures Entertainment on the theatrical release.

The film will eventually be accessible to view on Apple TV+, although no date has been established as of yet. Here's the link to the movie's Apple TV+ landing page, where you'll be able to watch it once it's released:

On July 10, 2023, Sony Pictures and Apple released the first official trailer for Napoleon. The two-and-a-half-minute video previews the historical epic's large-scale war sequences
