A Whole New Nation! Who on 'The Amazing Race 35' Went Home Tonight?

In Leg 8 of the 35th race around the world, which saw the pairs visit Slovenia for the first time in the show's history, find out which of the 7 teams went home.

Even after 35 seasons, The Amazing Race never ceases to astound. For the first time in the history of the programme, the final seven teams were allowed to travel through Europe to the stunning nation of Slovenia.

The day wasn't without its challenges, though, as a sharp-eyed Roadblock, a taxing Express Pass assignment, and the challenges of self-driving made for an incredible comeback.

On episode 35 of The Amazing Race, who was eliminated tonight? Both Lena and Morgan Franklin The season has been filled with highs and lows for the sisters Morgan and Lena,

who began with an Express Pass but narrowly avoided elimination multiple times. The sisters had a comfortable threshold even though they were at the back of the pack because Steve and Anna Leigh had made multiple disastrous errors that day.

However, self-driving cars again undermined them. Following an afternoon of their now-famous squabbling, they unexpectedly lost enough ground that the father and daughter pair passed them and finished last.

Even though they faced fierce opposition this leg, Greg and John Franklin managed to triumph in the end and take the lead for the third time in a row.

Following closely behind were Ashlie Martin and a furious Todd, who had led the second half of the leg but were passed en route to the Pit Stop. Rob and Corey McArthur, who endured an exhausting stair climb to win the second Express Pass of the season, finished in third place.
